About Us
Claudette has studied and performed piano for nearly two decades. She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts (Honours) in Music from York University, where she studied classical piano with Christina Quilico, Shoshana Telner, and Katherine Dowling. During her studies, she achieved top grades in Piano Pedagogy and Literature and Vocal Music Education, reflecting her strong foundation in both piano and vocal instruction.
Claudette previously served as a music educator at a local Montessori school, where she taught students from preschool through grade six. In this role, she directed concerts, accompanied choirs, and provided instruction aligned with the Ontario music curriculum, while also offering private lessons in piano, voice, and early childhood music.
With nearly eight years of teaching experience across Toronto, Claudette has worked with students of all ages and levels across classical, contemporary, and popular styles. She also served as the principal pianist and a vocalist on a local church’s Worship Team for over a decade, performing Contemporary Christian, and Gospel Pop.
